• Drive the strategic direction for national corporate accounts • Guide and support a network of sales professionals • Collaborate with Business Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize customer relationships • Lead the development of category management strategies • Ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university • 8+ years’ relevant experience in retail or foodservice meat trade • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership • Strong understanding of the dynamics of the food business industry or retail channels • Experience of customer-focused and fact-based selling using IRI, Neilsen and Perishable Group data • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills • High level of written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
