• Introduce and place new products with customers • Execute business initiatives and drive sales for long-term growth • Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams • Establish and maintain customer relationships • Daily communications on pricing, product availability, and order management.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. • Knowledge of the dynamics of the food business industry or retail channels. • Experience of customer-focused and fact-based selling, including IRI, Nielsen and Perishable Group data. • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. • High level of written and verbal communication skills, organizational planning, and adaptability. • Respectful, approachable and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. • Ability to work well in fast paced, dynamic environment. • Possess a valid driver’s license. • May travel up to 80% of the time.
