• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems • Help homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort • Provide honest recommendations and outstanding customer service • Work alongside experienced technicians • Complete work correctly the first time
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • EPA certification required • Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus • Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in work
