📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment through guidance and resources in a pre-developed online course • Provide instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning • Respond to students within set timeframes and proactively support students needing additional assistance • Recognize student needs holistically and connect students with resources • Encourage participation, collaboration, and strong faculty-student relationships • Stay current in the field of expertise and recommend supplementary course materials • Explain complex topics in accessible ways • Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes • Facilitate online discussions and foster an inclusive, engaging, respectful environment • Report to the faculty dean team

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field • 4+ years of professional experience in computer science, software engineering or software development • C++ • Visual Studio
