📋 Description

• Evaluate student project submissions using pre-existing project-specific rubrics • Provide specific, actionable, and supportive feedback on projects requiring improvement and resubmission • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all curriculum components within the assigned workload • Respond to student outreach and return evaluations within 48 hours of submission • Work with the Goal Lead to proactively reach students needing academic assistance • Participate in the Reviewer online community • Support academic integrity validation and process potential violations • Participate in quality assurance and project improvement activities • Interact regularly with managers, participate in group meetings, and sometimes work in virtual teams on special projects • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Organizational Management/Leadership • Equivalent experience in lieu of degree is not acceptable • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in competency-based education • Ability to provide an encouraging and respectful attitude toward all students • Online teaching experience preferred
