📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for implementing enterprise operational improvement initiatives • Translate operational assessment findings into structured improvement plans and coordinated execution efforts • Partner with business leaders, process owners, and technology teams to prioritize and advance initiatives • Manage and track a portfolio of enterprise optimization initiatives • Facilitate collaboration across functional and organizational boundaries to resolve dependencies and remove barriers • Establish implementation roadmaps, milestones, and success measures • Communicate initiative progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership • Promote consistent operational improvement methodologies and scale enterprise optimization practices • Coordinate initiatives, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable operational outcomes • Work with the Enterprise Operations Optimization Analyst to translate diagnostic insights into actionable initiatives and sustainable improvements • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise operations, operational improvement, program leadership, consulting, or organizational transformation • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering operational improvements across large organizations • Experience managing enterprise-scale workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and organizational dependencies • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities • Experience translating strategic or analytical insights into coordinated operational execution • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations • Must reside in and work from one of SNHU's approved states • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
