📋 Description

• Serve as an embedded training and user-support resource for an assigned Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert team. • Provide site-specific end-user support and coordinate refresher-training needs. • Advise SMEs and training owners on training-content updates prompted by workflow, system, or policy changes and recurring user issues. • Maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, communications, and other user-facing resources. • Participate in Tier meetings, communities of practice, office hours, working sessions, and stakeholder forums. • Coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests with local site contacts and support functions. • Facilitate instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, office hours, and drop-in support sessions. • Assess training gaps, recurring questions, user feedback, and adoption issues; recommend support interventions. • Track support themes, training activity, recurring issues, and user feedback; provide updates and recommendations. • Deliver or coordinate refresher training, coaching, demonstrations, facilitation, job aids, and other learning-support resources. • Validate proficiency after interventions. • Support change-management and communications activities for revised workflows, tools, system functionality, or training materials. • Report on training activity, feedback, recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with Tier SMEs to improve readiness, confidence, and adoption of Oracle Health EHR workflows and related tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or providing end-user support in a business, operational, technical, or healthcare environment. • Experience with the Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR), including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, system implementation, onboarding, Oracle Health maintenance training, or system-related process changes. • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, or system processes into clear, practical learning content and user guidance. • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. • Experience identifying learning needs and recommending appropriate training or performance-support solutions. • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely as an embedded member of a cross-functional team. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and follow-up activities. • Proficiency with common virtual collaboration, presentation, and documentation tools. • Preferred: Experience with the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR), enterprise EHR implementations, process transformation, large-scale change initiatives, training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, FAQs, facilitator guides, learning-management systems, virtual-learning platforms, knowledge-management tools, geographically distributed sites, facilities, diverse user groups, or consulting/contractor roles supporting client teams.
