📋 Description

• Partner with regional Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify, qualify, and develop AI/ML opportunities within US Major Accounts • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and AI/ML workshops • Architect and prototype foundational AI/ML solutions and proof-of-concepts • Translate customer business challenges into AI/ML-driven solutions • Serve as the technical bridge between customers and central AI/ML Product and Engineering teams • Synthesize customer feedback and emerging requirements • Maintain understanding of the AI/ML competitive landscape and industry trends • Advise internal teams and customers on AI/ML trends and solutions • Create minimum viable products and functional prototypes through hands-on-keyboard development • Lead rapid technical builds of customized AI/ML prototypes • Provide technical support and capacity augmentation for regional SE teams • Develop and deliver AI/ML training materials and technical guidance • Document successful solution patterns and best practices in a centralized knowledge base • Support critical customer engagements across assigned regions • Accelerate customer adoption, success, and regional AI/ML growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, including data preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring • Level 200-300 knowledge of AI/ML • Ability to design robust AI/ML solutions • Knowledge of common AI/ML algorithms and frameworks • Ability to implement standard MLOps pipelines • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time • Compliance with Snowflake confidentiality and security standards • Ability to keep customer information secure and confidential
