📋 Description

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Coach and guide cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and principles • Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery • Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project health to stakeholders • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration • Coordinate with product owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog • Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps • Ability to build trust and influence teams without direct authority • Strong organizational skills with a servant-leadership mindset
