• Design and build REST connectors/webhooks to normalize JSON payloads. • Implement automated flows in Flow Designer and orchestration playbooks. • Configure event rules and alerts. • Develop and optimize ITSM modules aligned with ITIL best practices. • Administer and configure advanced AI solutions such as Now Assist, AIOps, and Predictive Intelligence. • Create dashboards and operational health views for services and MIM.
