📋 Description

• Ensure exciting Day One Employee experience • Work with HR team to manage New Hire tickets • Maintain shared spreadsheets and update tickets • Collaborate with teams for process updates • Act as liaison between teams for meetings and documentation • Assist newly hired users for a smooth transition

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience working in a team environment • Clear and concise communication skills • Exceptional documentation skills (SOPs and end user documentation) • Strong Excel and tracking skills • Strong technical aptitude • Strong skills using technological tools (ADManager, Endpoint Central, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Power BI) • Excellent writing and proofreading skills • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task • Desire and ability to innovate and improve current processes
