📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable, resilient backend architectures following engineering best practices. • Build secure, high-performance, and reliable backend services, primarily within a microservices-oriented environment. • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across the team. • Drive automation, security, and observability initiatives across backend services. • Lead the adoption of new technologies and the continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to support product evolution. • Participate in strategic technical decisions related to system scalability and long-term architecture. • Mentor and support the technical growth of junior and mid-level engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in advanced backend development using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java. • Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes. • Proven experience defining backend architectures and technical standards. • Solid understanding of API design (REST and/or GraphQL). • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with distributed systems.
