📋 Description

• Design and deliver scalable Full Stack solutions using Python, JavaScript and React • Use and orchestrate AI development tools and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot • Review, validate and refactor AI-generated code before production • Design reusable prompts, contexts and AI-assisted development workflows • Build and integrate LLM, RAG and AI-powered solutions • Design and supervise data pipelines and AI/ML integrations • Define testing strategies including unit, integration and end-to-end testing • Work with CI/CD, cloud environments and relational/non-relational databases • Participate in architecture, security and technical decision-making • Mentor developers and progressively assume Tech Lead responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10 years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience • 1+ year of technical leadership or mentoring experience • Advanced Python, JavaScript and React • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents/tools in real software development workflows • Professional experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG • Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch • Knowledge of pandas and scikit-learn • Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud • Experience with CI/CD and automated testing • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and data structures • Experience with relational and non-relational databases • Strong Git knowledge • Advanced English – written and spoken
