📋 Description

• Architect, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Airflow, Python, dbt, and Snowflake • Replace brittle manual processes with resilient, automated workflows • Manage and evolve AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure using Terraform • Write production-grade code for complex data processing • Champion code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices • Collaborate with analysts on performant SQL transformations and Snowflake data models • Implement observability and monitoring for data reliability and quality • Partner with Data Analysts and Product Managers to deliver high-quality data products • Help own the FastAPI data API, including endpoint design, performance, deployment, monitoring, and reliability • Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for the data platform

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be based in the United States • Strong Python proficiency for modular, testable, and efficient data processing and automation • Advanced SQL and cloud data warehousing expertise; Snowflake preferred • Proven experience building and maintaining complex workflows using Airflow or similar tools • Familiarity with Terraform and AWS or GCP cloud services • Experience handling PHI and PII, implementing RBAC, and adhering to strict governance standards • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership in a high-growth startup • Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear options for non-technical stakeholders • dbt expertise, healthcare data/HIPAA experience, Docker/Kubernetes, backend/API development, or MLOps exposure are bonus qualifications • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirement is addressed in the application
