📋 Description

• Review completed projects for tax-credit/rebate readiness and verify documentation for completeness • Contact homeowners to collect missing information or documents • Prepare, organize, and submit application packets using company procedures • Track application status and follow up on outstanding items • Maintain organized records • Communicate progress to customers • Work with project managers to resolve gaps • Help improve processes • Maintain an accurate queue of open applications and move every case toward completion • Provide prompt customer responses and complete packages with minimal errors

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of work experience • Organization and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to juggle multiple cases without losing details • Ability to work independently • Professional handling of confidential customer information • Reliable internet • Dedicated home workspace • Availability during Mountain Time business hours • Experience in insurance, mortgage/lending, title/escrow, healthcare administration, government/permit processing, utility rebates, construction/home-improvement administration, customer service/operations, or document-heavy administrative work is a plus • Resume and brief application note required • Selected applicants must complete a short aptitude assessment
