• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in mining, water treatment, chemicals, or related fields • Proven success selling into complex, multi‑site enterprises • Strength in collaborative leadership and working across matrixed teams • Comfort engaging with executives and connecting operations to enterprise value • Willingness to travel 20–40% depending on location • Experience in mine water, tailings, or mineral processing • Familiarity with ROI/TCO modeling and digital monitoring tools
