📋 Description

• Lead a team of attorneys handling complex legal matters related to digitally-native care delivery, pharmacy operations and fulfillment, lab operations, and technology and healthcare innovations, including AI and FDA-regulated products • Advise executives and senior leaders on legal matters • Provide solution-oriented legal advice • Manage risk and develop legal strategies supporting the company's global growth • Help lead the Regulatory legal function • Build, lead, and mentor legal teams • Serve as a key legal and business partner

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience practicing at a law firm and in-house • Deep knowledge of and experience advising on the healthcare regulatory landscape • Experience with digital care delivery, clinical practice, corporate practice of medicine, pharmacy operations and fulfillment, laboratory services, state-based Stark/Anti-Kickback laws, and state and federal regulatory standards • Management experience and a strong track record of building, leading, and mentoring teams • Ability to act as a trusted business partner and make risk-based decisions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Admission to a bar in at least one state • Eligibility to practice in-house in the state of residence • Experience with telehealth, health tech, and knowledge of pharmacy law and regulations desirable
