📋 Description

• Support the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts for the Americas • Lead complex transactions with sophisticated counterparties across multiple jurisdictions • Monitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal developments • Provide training • Maintain and update policies and templates • Develop and improve scalable workflows to support and enable company growth • Support the sales team in reviewing and negotiating customer agreements • Provide legal support for revenue-generating activities in the Americas • Serve as an early member of the company’s legal team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic credentials • Membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar • Eligible to practice in house in your state of residence • 7+ years of relevant experience • Strong training at a top-rated national or international law firm • Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial software and SaaS agreements with enterprise customers, partners, and resellers across multiple jurisdictions • Strong understanding of commercial legal issues related to SaaS and software licensing, professional services, and other go-to-market programs • Excellent judgment and strong business orientation • Ability to translate legal risk into practical commercial advice • Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills • Ability to build trust with sales teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
