• Oversee and manage the quality assurance and control processes for PV EPC projects. • Ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulations. • Conduct regular inspections and audits of projects for quality standards. • Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance practices. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients. • Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and prepare reports for management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. • Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman, etc. are all highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies. • Strong knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety. • Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in quality management software and tools.
