📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide information regarding Solventum products and services • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce.com • Collaborate with field sales teams and internal business partners to support sales objectives and revenue targets • Demonstrate procedural, clinical, technical, and product knowledge • Follow up on leads and prospective customers to develop relationships and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline • Close sales opportunities while achieving daily activity metrics and monthly sales quotas • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and market developments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and one (1) year of sales experience, or High School Diploma/GED or higher and five (5) years of sales experience • Previous sales experience in healthcare, medical device, inside sales, business-to-business sales, or a related sales environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Experience selling healthcare, medical device, wound care, or related products and solutions • Experience in inside sales, virtual sales, or a high-volume sales environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM and sales enablement platforms • Ability to learn and communicate technical, clinical, and product information to customers
