📋 Description

• Manage and deliver new growth products benefiting healthcare organizations’ revenue cycle and health information management departments • Partner with sales, marketing, and business leaders to engage customers and deliver growth in revenue cycle products • Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned team and solutions • Partner with clients on workflow optimization changes using Solventum best practices • Ensure efficient and successful implementation of Denial Prevention / Revenue Integrity Solutions • Identify division growth opportunities and lead initiatives aligning business units • Mature solutions to meet current and future customer needs • Align development, product owner, implementation, analytics, and IT resources with operational and strategic goals • Drive client success, satisfaction, retention, references, and documentation of client ROI and value • Partner with organizational stakeholders to drive initiatives, solve customer problems, and deliver coordinated solutions • Represent the solutions in webinars, industry conferences, roundtables, and social media

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution • Fifteen (15) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDI specialist, RN, CIC, CCDS, or coding certification • 5 years of revenue cycle and health information management experience • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management • Ability to engage with C-Suite audience and effectively communicate strategic partnership initiatives • Experience with pre bill coding workflow and solutions • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams • Experience consulting with clients in health information systems • Demonstrated knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products with a high emphasis on ROI metrics • Demonstrated industry knowledge and subject matter expertise • Proficient computer skills • Exceptional client relationship skills • Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, and training skills • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
