📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, marketing, and functional teams • Translate legal requirements into practical business guidance • Review routine commercial and operational matters and identify legal and compliance risks • Support marketing and claims review activities with Regulatory, Quality, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Compliance partners • Assist with contracting-related matters and facilitate efficient execution • Maintain and enhance legal processes, templates, and guidance materials • Deliver training and guidance on legal processes, claims, and marketing and promotional legal concepts • Support lawyers in the Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems businesses • Coordinate across Legal, Regulatory, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Compliance teams • Manage multiple workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, OR a diploma or professional certification in Paralegal Studies or a related discipline • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a legal, compliance, regulatory, contracts, or corporate legal support environment • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a legal specialist, senior paralegal, or comparable legal support role • Experience supporting claims review, marketing review, contract administration, or operational legal processes • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is an advantage • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Familiarity with claims substantiation, regulatory review workflows, or quality/compliance processes • Experience developing training materials, guidance documents, or standardized legal processes • Ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate legal and compliance risks • Experience working with lawyers and cross-functional partners in complex, regulated environments • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
