📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions aligned with organizational goals and market needs • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback • Provide product P & L and growth projections to leadership • Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases • Oversee the efforts with product owners and development teams to define, prioritize and lead execution of the product roadmap • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning • Collaborate with clinical, coding, sales, and customer success teams to define product requirements • Engage directly with clients (CDI specialists, coders, physicians) to gather insights and validate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in product management, CDI, coding or healthcare technology. • Strong knowledge of outpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM coding, HCC risk adjustment, quality risk methodologies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and fourteen (14) years of healthcare experience focus on revenue cycle with either CRC and OP CDI credentials. • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master’s degree in health information systems (HIS), health policy, or hospital administration (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
