📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives across product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams • Partner with product managers to translate security requirements into actionable project plans • Align security controls with product delivery timelines • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and pilot scalable solutions to optimize security processes, reporting, and cross-team collaboration • Establish governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms for initiative progress • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies • Influence adoption of organizational initiatives into product development lifecycles and continuous improvement processes • Ensure corporate policies, procedures, and security standards are complied with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 3 years of project management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of project management experience • 2 years of experience supporting or coordinating security, compliance, or risk management initiatives, such as SOC2, HIPAA, GovRAMP, or FedRAMP • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally on projects with competing priorities and tight timelines • Strong organizational and execution skills • Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps • Effective communication skills and ability to translate high-level goals into actionable work items • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows and processes • Experience with Solventum Health Information Systems products • Ability to find creative solutions and manage multiple project streams • Skilled in program management techniques or PMP certified • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
