📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation • Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives • Produce UX/UI deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs • Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis • Mentor and coach junior designers • Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines across digital touchpoints • Participate in design reviews, present concepts, and influence stakeholders • Explore new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality • Support the Health Information Systems Business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field AND four (4) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries; OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Travel: 10%
