📋 Description

• Own a core product area end to end with minimal direction • Frame loosely defined problems and deliver work across systems and user surfaces • Ground decisions in evidence using Pendo, Dovetail, and research • Define success upfront and connect outcomes to customer benefits and business OKRs • Own prioritization and synthesize competing signals into a clear point of view • Create implementation-ready specifications, flows, content, edge cases, and detailed logic • Explore multiple solutions and challenge established patterns • Improve experiences beyond the current roadmap • Introduce AI skills, agentic flows, and reusable workflows • Shape collaboration across complex initiatives and establish decision structures • Influence decisions and challenge requirements early • Mentor designers at all levels through actionable feedback • Keep status, decisions, and risks current in Linear • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in UX or product design • Expert across multiple core design disciplines • Track record of leading broad, cross-cutting work from definition through delivery with significant autonomy • Experience using Pendo, Dovetail, and research to shape decisions, define measurable success, and prove customer and business value • Strong prioritization judgment and ability to synthesize competing inputs into a defensible point of view • High documentation and craft bar • Deep design system fluency • AI fluency and growth mindset toward agentic workflows • Comfort using Claude, Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor • Demonstrated ability to build reusable workflows and skills others adopt • Exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills • Proven ability to align Product, Engineering, and Research • Customer obsession grounded in evidence • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
