📋 Description
• Support the Mortgage Banker in increasing production volume for the area as directed • Perform related administrative duties as needed and/or assigned • Accept and perform other duties determined to be essential • Complete compliance training and adhere to anti-money laundering guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Maintain compliance with SouthState Bank’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and operating procedures
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience with FHA, State Housing Conventional, and FNMA/FMLMC loans preferred • Excellent communication and PC skills required • Strong written and verbal skills • Attention to detail • Customer service skills • Required annual compliance training • Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data/hot spot; cable or fiber preferred • Ability to travel to meetings as needed
