📋 Description

• Lead vision, strategy, delivery, and go-to-market for customer-facing data analytics and integrations offerings • Bring embedded and self-service reporting into the product, including packaging and pricing • Work with engineering, security, and compliance teams to design APIs, integration frameworks, and synchronization patterns for real-time and batch use cases • Set success metrics, track performance and adoption, and guide platform investment • Own the vision, architecture, and roadmap for the feature's datalake • Set governance standards, pipeline strategy, and access patterns • Lead decisions on data accuracy, consistency, reliability, schemas, and synchronization approaches at scale • Build the data foundation for AI capabilities, including agency similarity, comparable solicitations, and outcome tracking • Partner with government agencies, partners, and product teams to understand needs and prioritize work • Travel roughly 10–15% within North America • Map SOVRA's APIs, integrations, and data lakehouse with engineering and the Data team • Publish a data and integrations roadmap with defined success metrics • Launch Embedded BI, adopt data-governance standards, and establish an integration health dashboard • Ensure the Datalake becomes a governed foundation relied upon by product teams and AI features

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a technical product manager or product lead • Experience building and shipping client-facing embedded analytics and BI within a product • Experience with embedded analytics platforms such as MSFT BI, AWS QuickSuite, or Tableau Embedded • Experience with data lake architectures and modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Delta Lake • Experience with data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and governance best practices • Experience delivering offerings adhering to government compliance and security concerns such as SOC2, FEDRAMP, and FISMA • Experience owning APIs, integrations, data platforms, or internal infrastructure products • Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, ETL processes, data synchronization strategies, and API security best practices • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States • SOVRA is unable to sponsor work visas or transfers • Government procurement experience is an asset • Experience with ERP and financial systems or integration platforms such as Workato is an asset • Experience supporting government sales through RFP responses, security questionnaires, demos, and pilots is an asset
