📋 Description

• Develop and administer HIPAA-compliant programs • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement best practices • Manage large-scale, complex projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Liaise with healthcare stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration • Craft and review healthcare policies and procedures for compliance and operational excellence • Develop and deliver training on HIPAA-covered information and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT • Proven track record of leading successful projects and contributing to industry advancements • Proficiency managing large-scale, complex projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Experience liaising with healthcare stakeholders • Experience crafting and reviewing healthcare policies and procedures • Proficiency developing and delivering training on HIPAA-covered information and compliance • Minimum of 24 months of work experience in the last five years performing a compliance review or audit of HIPAA laws, rules, or policies, or providing training or developing workplace policies/procedures on dissemination or protection of HIPAA-covered information • Minimum of 24 months of experience in the last five years managing or communicating with healthcare stakeholders • Minimum of 24 months of experience in the last five years analyzing and documenting laws, rules, or policies regarding protected health information • Legislative experience is a plus
