📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client inquiries, orchestrating workflow and ensuring timely resolution between internal teams • Handle data reconciliation, validation, delivery and logistics, and mathematical client-servicing inquiries • Lead bi-weekly/monthly client calls and present KPI and metrics • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers • Serve as the primary point of contact and voice of the client across internal departments • Prepare billing reports based on clients’ contractual schedules • Present trend and profitability analysis to Senior Management and Finance • Process WSO Admin transactions, including new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, interest, and fees • Investigate discrepancies and review system-generated reports to monitor facilities and handle exception items • Interact with clients to gather information and accurately reflect details in the system

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in a high-pressure client-facing role • Direct experience with WSO or the Syndicated Loan Market • Experience project managing or coordinating technology and business delivery, including roles in Asset Management or Data Technology (Support, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Scrum Master) • Technical acumen in API integration with databases, caching (e.g., Redis), and third-party services for performance optimization • Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with colleagues and clients • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Strong teamwork abilities and comfort working individually and in multi-geographical teams across departments and with external clients • Strong understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and status codes • Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and automated API testing frameworks • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude to meet deadlines • Critical thinking ability to challenge the status quo for better results • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders • Indefinite right to work in the United States
