📋 Description

• Support Product Operations tools, including Aha!, Pendo, Replit, and other AI-enabled platforms • Assist with AI solutions, prototypes, and workflow automations that improve Product Management efficiency and streamline the Product Development Lifecycle • Help maintain product health dashboards, adoption metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions • Document Product Management processes, standards, and best practices • Identify opportunities to optimize Product Management workflows and improve operational efficiency • Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new Product Operations tools and AI capabilities • Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams on operational initiatives and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • Related work experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or similar • Familiarity with Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Replit, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and AI tools
