📋 Description
• Own and optimize the systems that power our internal technology stack • Drive automation and process improvement • Respond to and identify inefficiencies and implement solutions • Manage ecommerce order flow across platforms • Develop and maintain reporting for operational performance • Handle basic IT needs and support cybersecurity practices
🎯 Requirements
• Highly relevant knowledge in operations systems or ecommerce operations • Experience with integrations • Comfortable working across multiple tools (Netsuite, Shopify, Celigo, Claude, etc.) • Self-starter who can manage workload independently • Strong written communication skills
