📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery • Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support • Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution • Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions • Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities • Track performance and report on delivery progress • Support customers and internal teams with clear, timely communication

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) • Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders • Organized and detail-oriented • Able to multitask and work under pressure • Proactive and solution-focused mindset • Stable, high-speed internet connection • Clear headset for calls • Reliable computer/laptop • Monday to Friday availability based on Chicago (CST) time zone
