📋 Description

• Review applicant records every day to make sure they are accurate and up to date • Make sure applicants are moving through each step of the hiring process on time • Spot applicants who have not moved forward and follow up with the recruiter • Catch and report records that were updated incorrectly • Message recruiters in Slack about applicants who need attention • Let the recruiter's manager know if there is no response • Prepare daily reports on applicants that need follow-up and records that need fixing • Prepare weekly reports on recruiting progress and hiring numbers • Review all applicant records every working day • Raise any issue with the recruiter within 1 business day • Send daily and weekly reports on time • Keep applicant records accurate and up to date

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in recruiting, operations, data entry or a similar role • Experience with a CRM or applicant tracking system • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel • Strong attention to detail • Clear written communication • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred • Coursework or training in business, data or operations is required • Trucking or logistics experience is a plus • Reliable internet and computer • Available during US Central business hours • Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Chicago time (Central), Monday to Friday
