📋 Description

• Join Spring Health’s Specialty Care team, which builds and scales programs for highest-acuity members • Master Specialty Care’s P&L mechanics and financial drivers to identify growth, revenue optimization, and gross-margin levers • Serve as the primary financial and operational partner to department leadership • Translate unit economics and margin drivers into actionable strategies • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations • Set strategic roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive end-to-end execution • Directly manage specific clinical operations functions alongside strategy and operations responsibilities • Build AI into operational and clinical workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scenario modeling • Build and own long-term capacity and workforce planning models • Define, track, and maintain key operational metrics across Specialty Care • Partner with clinical leaders on quality-program frameworks, execution cadences, and operational standards • Manage, coach, and develop operations team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or corporate consulting • 3+ years in a scaling or high-growth startup environment • Mastery of P&L management, gross margin drivers, and unit economics • Proven ability to translate financial mechanics into operational execution • Experience directly managing or deeply partnering with clinical operations functions to build and scale care execution roadmaps • Proven cross-functional leadership across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations • Practical experience integrating AI and modern analytical tools into business workflows • Experience building workforce planning, staffing, or capacity models • Strong analytical ability and comfort navigating raw data • Demonstrated people-management experience, including coaching and performance expectations • Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information • Clear, concise written and executive communication skills • Ability to work remotely with quarterly travel to the NYC headquarters as required
