📋 Description

• Master Specialty Care’s P&L mechanics and financial drivers to identify sustainable growth, revenue optimization, and gross margin expansion levers • Serve as the primary financial and operational partner to department leadership • Translate unit economics and margin drivers into actionable strategies • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations • Set strategic roadmaps, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and drive end-to-end execution • Directly manage clinical operations functions alongside strategy and operations • Build AI into operational and clinical workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scenario modeling • Build and own capacity and workforce planning models • Define, track, and maintain Specialty Care operational metrics • Establish quality program frameworks, execution cadences, and operational standards with clinical leaders • Directly manage, coach, and develop operations team members • Report to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, Specialty Care

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or corporate consulting, including 3+ years in a scaling or high-growth startup environment • Mastery of P&L management, gross margin drivers, and unit economics • Proven track record translating financial mechanics into operational execution • Experience directly managing or deeply partnering with clinical operations functions to build and scale care execution roadmaps • Proven cross-functional leadership across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations • Practical experience integrating AI and modern analytical tools into business workflows • Experience building workforce planning, staffing, or capacity models • Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating raw data • People management experience, including coaching and performance expectations • Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information • Clear, concise written and executive communication skills • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and build AI fluency
