📋 Description

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, and referrals through a clinical phone queue • Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage members • Assess risk and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up with high-risk members • Recommend action plans based on clinical presentation • Coordinate connections to Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources • Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services or connections to internal teams • Complete professional documentation and communicate with members and providers by email • Follow care management outreach protocols and identify and resolve barriers or disruptions to care • Coordinate with Spring Health care providers and Provider Operations • Collaborate with Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist; independently licensed mental health professional • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience • Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning • Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions • Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of the shift • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills • Acknowledgment and embrace of diversity and inclusion • Motivation to provide a high-touch member experience • Comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems • Efficient in tech-related tasks • Able to multitask and context switch • Availability for occasional shift changes and holidays coinciding with scheduled shifts • Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking when leadership is unavailable
