📋 Description

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, referrals, and resources through a clinical phone queue • Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage members with mental health, substance use, or family/relationship concerns • Assess risks and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up with high-risk members • Recommend action plans based on clinical presentation and coordinate care with Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources • Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services or connection to Global, Management Consultation, and Spring Internal teams • Complete professional documentation and communicate with members and providers by email • Follow care management outreach protocols and identify and resolve barriers or disruptions to care • Coordinate with Spring Health care providers and the Provider Operations team • Collaborate with Care Support, Benefits/Billing, Product, and other multidisciplinary teams • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LICSW, or licensed psychologist; independent licensure required • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience • Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning • Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions • Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking • Flexibility for occasional shift changes • Availability to work holidays that coincide with scheduled shifts • Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of the shift • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills • Commitment to diversity and inclusion • Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems • Ability to multitask and context switch • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. • Must commit to the overnight schedule: Monday night/Tuesday morning through Friday night/Saturday morning, 11pm–7:30am ET, or equivalent in the respective time zone • Must commit to Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm ET training for the first 2–3 weeks
