📋 Description

• Support members throughout their mental health care journey and connect them to care • Maintain availability for incoming phone, chat, and email support in fluent languages • Assist with platform signup, technical troubleshooting, intake information, appointment scheduling and cancellations, and service explanations • Conduct clinical needs assessments and develop action plans • Refer members to appropriate levels and modalities of care • Manage crises including suicide risk through in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up • Provide consultation, psychoeducation, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns • Conduct management consultation intake for global members and customers • Identify and resolve barriers to care and technical issues • Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries • Learn current and new workflows, policies, and procedures through online and live training • Summarize patient interactions in English in Spring Health’s documentation systems • Coordinate with internal teams to identify, report, and resolve issues • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special internal projects • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards • Track connection-to-care, productivity, and member-satisfaction metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field • Counselor, psychotherapist, or social worker with appropriate credentials in the applicable U.S. state • Required licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish • Comfortable interacting with members worldwide • Comfortable using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET • Flexibility to work at least 3 holidays per year • Ability to maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards • Unrestricted clinical mental health license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent • NPI number or ability to obtain one prior to employment • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
