📋 Description

• Support members throughout their mental health care journey and connection to care • Maintain availability during shifts for incoming phone, chat, and email interactions • Assist with platform signup, technical troubleshooting, intake information, appointment scheduling and cancellation, and service explanations • Conduct clinical needs assessments and develop action plans • Refer members to appropriate levels and modalities of care • Assess and manage crises such as suicide risk through in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up • Provide consultation, psychoeducation, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns • Manage consultation intake for global members and customers • Identify and resolve barriers to care, disruptions, and technical issues • Research and document crisis resources across countries • Learn current and new workflows, policies, and procedures through online and live training • Summarize patient interactions in English in Spring Health’s documentation systems • Coordinate with internal teams to identify, report, and resolve issues • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special internal projects • Follow confidentiality, compliance, ethical, and company standards • Track connection-to-care, productivity, and member-satisfaction metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Counselor, psychotherapist, or social worker with a master’s degree and appropriate credentials in the applicant’s U.S. state • Unrestricted clinical mental health license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure • Excellent written and verbal English • Comfortable interacting with members worldwide • Comfortable using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems • Flexibility to work at least 3 holidays per year • Availability for the required Sunday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM ET shift • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with constant change • Additional fluency in Spanish and Canadian French is a plus • NPI number or ability to obtain one prior to employment • Eligible to work in the U.S.
