📋 Description

• Identify operational bottlenecks and trends using data and analytics • Prioritize work, design process changes, execute change management, and optimize workflows for growth and scalability • Collaborate with Product & Engineering, Business Intelligence, CX Strategy, and Core Operations teams • Analyze and measure the operational impact of tools, processes, and product launches on Core Operations KPIs • Own, execute, and report on cross-functional escalation projects • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly program and metrics data • Report operational outcomes and key insights to leadership and business stakeholders • Align staffing plans with technology roadmaps • Support forecasting and resource planning • Lead, coach, and manage a core operations team with 2+ direct reports/Team Leads and a remote frontline workforce of up to 20 employees • Unblock day-to-day escalations and foster a winning team culture • Maintain service level agreements and support ticket resolution metrics within target thresholds • Complete workflow optimization projects within target timeframes and resource constraints • Improve internal partner and stakeholder satisfaction • Streamline manual workflow steps to optimize operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional work experience in an Operations role, ideally within a startup environment, healthcare implementation, healthcare consulting, or revenue cycle management • 2–4 years of people management experience • Experience managing teams with non-exempt and exempt direct reports • Experience across the full spectrum of performance management, including setting expectations, delivering feedback, formal improvement processes, and difficult conversations • Data-driven decision-making, operational process design, improvement, and execution skills • Experience leveraging AI to drive speed to results • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and project management skills • Ability to balance detail with swift execution • Ability to prioritize and support teams in ambiguous, fast-moving situations • Exceptional communication skills and customer-centric attitude • Ability to communicate accurately and effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Passion for mental health, Alma's mission, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
