• Design and build scalable full-stack services using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve customer reporting and analytics • Expand and maintain the existing web application • Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently • Contribute to architectural discussions, code reviews, and tech debt prioritization • Advocate for high engineering standards, including test coverage, documentation, and observability • Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability and respond to production issues • Collaborate flexibly across time zones, as needed, to support distributed teams and stakeholders • Work with product managers and designers to scope and deliver 0–1 product features • Identify areas for growth and iteration on our application stack and advocate for them on the roadmap • Build and maintain integrations with data warehouses or external APIs • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python, or equivalent on the backend and Typescript, React, Angular, Vue, or equivalent on the frontend • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL or Snowflake • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and identify root causes
