📋 Description

• Conduct telephonic screening, brief intervention, and referral to mood and anxiety specialty treatment providers • Apply active listening, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and DBT skills to support members and help them set goals • Assess appropriate levels of care and facilitate referrals • Coordinate care with Spring Health providers • Provide consultation on mental health concerns and family or relationship issues • Provide in-the-moment support and safety planning for members facing safety risks or crises • Communicate with members and providers by email • Document information, maintain accurate records, conduct follow-ups, and track progress in multiple systems including an EHR • Identify and resolve barriers or disruptions to care • Collaborate with care support, provider operations, and benefits/billing teams • Assist other specialty care teams including SUD, Trauma, and Eating Disorders • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Follow company confidentiality, compliance, ethical, and policy standards • Maintain high member satisfaction and retain members throughout care • Triage and enroll members into appropriate levels of care • Conduct phone and email outreach to schedule triages

🎯 Requirements

• Required mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience working with chronic and severe mood and anxiety disorders • Experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage • Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders • Strong preference for experience and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills • Experience working with diverse populations • Commitment to diversity and inclusion • Ability to provide a high-touch member experience • Comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems • Efficient in technology-related tasks • Ability to multitask and context switch • DBT certifications are a bonus • Bilingual ability is a bonus • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. or 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. MT or PT • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is requested in the application
