📋 Description

• Deliver highly personalized support to patients through phone, email, and live chat • Serve as the first point of connection in patients’ care journeys • Guide patients through registration and answer questions • Prepare patients for their first consultation and explain what makes Spring special • Support providers and internal teams to ensure successful patient registration • Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats • Transfer calls or take messages as necessary • Register new patients in the electronic medical record • Schedule new patient consultations and ensure questionnaires are completed before provider consultations • Email new patient welcome packets after successful registration • Provide accurate information when answering patient questions and concerns • Maintain patient records and protect patient confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role • Strong communication skills • Purpose in helping others and valuing meaningful work • Bachelor's Degree • Mandarin speaking
