Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. Their full-stack platform and operations close care gaps, deliver preventive screenings and diagnostics, coordinate medications and referrals, and scale longitudinal primary care and wellness visits for payer and provider partners and patients.

📋 Description

• Review and follow up on inbound requests from existing outreach campaigns • Use deep prospecting techniques to reach patients in a personalized and engaging way • Make 150 to 200 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer • Speak with approximately 80 to 100 patients and book an average of 19+ appointments each day • Build trust with prospective patients and caregivers to encourage appointment scheduling • Educate patients about the importance of receiving ordered services and the benefits of in-home services with Sprinter Health • Build understanding of each partner's care model to answer patient questions • Collaborate with representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience • Escalate patient questions and concerns to other teams • Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work eastern time (EDT) • At least 2 years of outbound call center experience including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers • Proven skill managing multiple channels of communication including phone, email, chat, etc. • Experience with Zendesk (preferred) • Experience with Five9 (preferred) • Bilingual Spanish • High-volume, target-driven work involving 150 to 200 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer • Experience working in an on-demand service or healthcare environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
