📋 Description

• Take Sprinto's Autonomous Trust thesis to market through events, content, speaking engagements, and conversations influencing enterprise CISOs • Represent Sprinto as a practitioner voice at RSA, ISACA, and regional CISO summits • Build and anchor webinars and roundtables for CISOs • Collaborate with the content team and shape content distributed through newsletters, LinkedIn, podcasts, and other channels • Deepen the security advisory board into a substantive community • Participate in deals at different stages by workshopping compliance-program possibilities with prospects • Help prospects map their needs to the Autonomous Trust model and shape their vision • Address late-stage CISO-level objections as a peer while sales closes the deal

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in security leadership • Experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or senior security advisory leader • Familiarity with compliance implementations for SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, and FedRAMP • Track record of engaging enterprise CISOs as a peer • Commercial accountability, including owning numbers or readiness to do so • Ability to simplify complex theses and ideas into clear, readable content • Original thinking on the future of the CISO's office and Autonomous Trust • Ability to operate independently across multiple channels • The role may be structured as full-time or an advisory and consulting engagement, depending on mutual fit
