📋 Description
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new • Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture • Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients • Be responsible for 'hunting' new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required • 2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience • Self-motivated, self-starter • Passionate about being the best at what you do • Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
