📋 Description

• Headhunt and engage attorneys through phone, video, and digital tools • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess fit • Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle • Advise and influence candidates on career decisions • Partner internally with the business development side of the desk • Identify, engage, recruit, and place top legal talent • Focus on sourcing, engaging, recruiting, and supporting law firm associate attorneys for client requisitions • Work in a 180/split desk model without business development responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred) for experienced recruiters • Strong outbound sourcing skills • Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates • Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with outreach and phone-based conversations • Competitive, driven, and resilient • Interest in a career in recruiting or sales • Confidence with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • High level of organization and follow-through • Ability to influence and guide candidates • Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment • 4-year college degree • Exceptional writing skills • Executive presence • Intellectual curiosity • Tremendous work ethic • Team-oriented • Willingness to work extensively on the phone • Understanding of working for a small organization
