📋 Description

• Supervise military pay clerks at geographically dispersed locations across the United States • Ensure 100% staffing at each site and backfill positions with full-time pay clerks • Work daily with each site's lead to track attendance, provide productivity reports, resolve personnel matters, and support recruitment and retention • Monitor daily attendance of onsite employees • Submit daily attendance reports to the Program Manager and Government • Review and approve employee timesheets • Interview candidates for open positions • Complete requisition, separation, and personnel status change forms • Ensure employees complete mandatory training on time and follow up on delinquent training • Escalate and communicate performance issues to the Program Manager • Interact daily with onsite Government POCs and employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • At least two years of supervisory experience supporting projects of similar size and scope • Ability to work at an accelerated pace and manage a geographically dispersed workforce • Favorable criminal background check and security investigation • US Citizen • Proficient in English, both written and oral • Proven customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and Internet Explorer 7 or above • Proficient in basic office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners • Typing speed of 40 words per minute
