📋 Description

• Support the Arizona Department of Administration's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division • Gather and analyze business requirements and processes • Translate business needs into functional requirements • Create functional and technical documentation • Develop and validate test scenarios • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Potentially coordinate multiple Business Analysts • Prepare project status reports and stakeholder presentations • Contribute to functional design, process mapping, and business process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience • Requirements gathering and business process analysis • Functional and technical documentation • User requirements and functional specifications • Test scenario creation and validation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Stakeholder management and customer service • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams • Local Phoenix, AZ candidates only; candidates must reside locally • Resume must clearly mention the candidate's current Arizona location • Availability for an in-person interview within one week of the posting close date • Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer • HireRight Background Check, Drug Screening, and Global ID Verification are required • Candidates must provide U.S. work authorization status
